Feedback & Complaints
We work hard to provide a great dental service to all our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Penn Hill Dental Practice. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:
- speaking to us in person
- filling in a feedback form at reception
- emailing us through our contact form
We aim to acknowledge a verbal complaint within 1 working day and a written one with in 3 working days. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our independent patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation.
